Great Stay!! 😀 - It was my first time staying In Berlin as a solo traveller and I had the best experience. Staff were so friendly, room was warm and engineer came to sort AC out and provided me with a fan, location was absolutely spot on, great connections to loads of attractions, shower was great. I would certainly stay here again 😞 - - Poor quality wifi, so have enough data on your phone - Sometimes it takes a while for the lifts to come and there’s about 37 floors , thankful there’s 4 lifts - beds should really be double not two single beds put together, to make the double - the toilet door was a little awkward , so close to the toilet seat, very cramped

General satisfaction after the stay is ok, I got a room with amazing view, breakfast was good.Things I didn't like:1. I found someone's hair at bathtube.2. The old lady from reception. I came back to hotel to pick up suitcase from luggage store, but no one was there. I met the lady coming out from luggage store and I've kindly asked if should could help me pick up my suitcase. She refused even though it'd take 10sec. I was requested to stay in generic line for check-in, which was at least half an hour long.

A great central base for sightseeing in Berlin with plenty of food options 😀 - The room was spacious and clean with a coffee machine. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. The food was lovely with plenty of options for breakfast and dinner. 😞 - The pillows were a bit thin, but everything else in the room was great. Some members of my family were unable to sleep as they were near the lift and could hear it pinging along with the night life and ambulance sirens outside their window.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city and ideal for sightseeing, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does get very busy. I had a room looking over the city.

Great location and plenty of local restaurants to choose from, too 😀 - Location was fantastic 😞 - Refrigerator did not work and was told by staff that they all need to be replaced; room was very small and the bathroom was awkward to use with a shower curtain used as a door. The toilet and shower were separate with the sink being next to the bed.

Exceptional 😀 - Amazing hotel. Exceptional view from the room, and the facilities in the room combined with the location makes this a 10/10. Reccomend checking out the rooftop bar with amazing views over the city 😞 - None

Only stayed three nights, enjoyed the experience, expensive, good location, pleasant staff 😀 - Quite special in view of design 😞 - A bit hectic at times, but to be expected

It was a good stay. We are thankful for the experience. 😀 - The room was clean and nicely cut. We got a room with view of the TV tower. On the 32nd floor. The hotel is located in a central area and therefore lots of spots are easily reachable. The staff were really friendly. 😞 - The housekeeping came in 2 times, one after the other despite knowing we were still in there getting ready to check out

Comfortable hotel in great location with fantastic staff 😀 - Good choice at breakfast, well run and relaxed. Great location in the city. 😞 - Wi-Fi a bit slow. More lounge areas to sit and relax. Range of tv channels in room

Good hotel worth a stay Good hotel for a family visit and very central for train station. We used train from airport on a Sunday evening and all worked well. Our room was on 33rd floor so not for those who don’t like heights. Very large hotel so not personal but staff very good.
