Berlin trip Hotel was at a nice clean standard however small things like the pillows, slamming doors and the cleaners being up at 8am making a noise ruined it.

Ideal for short trips 😀 - Location very central Self check-in effiecient Faced problem with safety box and took them around 3 hours for them to come and fix which was disappointing for me, on the other hand everything is good. Elevators system amazing, no queues at all 😞 - None

Brilliant place to stay I love this hotel and would always recommend it. The room was great with a city view and the staff are brilliant. The breakfast was amazing buffett and there was fruit juice and coffee,continental and hot breakfast.

Nice hotel This is an extremely large hotel. Be mindful of the lifts because some of them only go to certain floor but you will get the hang of it. The rooms are very good, the bathroom is divided from the bedroom by a curtain, although it isn't ideal you soon get used to it.The standard of cleaning was exceptional, no complaints from me. Breakfast was plentiful and ample with a wide selection of food and drinks. I would stay here again.

Brilliant time in the German Capital First time visiting Germany, Berlin is a fantastic city with so much history but with a new modern twist, fantastic food and Beer. We stayed at the New Inn by Radisson Alexander Platz, such a central location with city buses and transport just outside. We stayed on the 32nd floor facing the tv tower which offered brilliant views of Berlin. I would highly recommend doing the Big bus tour as it’s a great way of seeing the city sites and getting round the city. So if you are looking for a great city with a great central location, this hotel is for you.

Superb 😀 - It was a good location. Closed to transport. Friendly staff 😞 - I booked the hotel for 1 day, because it has a sauna.... but the sauna doesn't open until midday. Which is the checkout?

A good hotel, I would go back again if visiting Berlin This hotel is based in a great location. It’s a stone throw away from the Alexander Platz train station and only a short walk to the main attractions of Berlin. It’s close to plenty of cafés restaurants and bars. Before visiting I had read some reviews saying that the staff were quite rude. Well I wouldn’t describe the staff as the most friendly however they weren’t rude to us. Perhaps it was a language barrier that they came across a little bit cold but we had no major issues with them. Another complaint that I had seen in reviews was that you have to pay to store your luggage at the hotel this was €2 per bag. Although it’s nice storing your luggage for free knowing that we had to pay €2 to store it when we checked out we were well prepared and it was a good way to get rid of some leftover euros you can pay cash or card. The breakfast selection at the hotel was amazing. All the food was tasty and there was a wide variety. I will say that it gets quite busy in the mornings and often we would struggle to find a table even though there are plenty. This wasn’t an issue for us however, I think it’s good to know that the bathrooms in the hotel rooms are a little bit odd. There is a separate room for the toilet in the hotel room however the sink and the shower are based in the same room as your bed and can be separated with a shower curtain. The last thing I would mention is that the hotel advertises that they have a rooftop bar certainly in the winter months this “bar” closes at 6 pm and it is not a bar. It is more of a tuck shop that sells drinks however the view from the rooftop is phenomenal and it is said to be the best place to view Berlin. As a guest at the hotel, you can go up to the rooftop for free however bring your room card as they may want to check. One small complaint was that we stayed for four nights in the hotel and was given one coffee capsule each and these were not restocked however there’s plenty of coffee down at the breakfast section. With everything being said I would definitely come back to this hotel and I’ve recommended it to my friends and family.

Comfortable and great accessibility to all the popular attractions 😀 - Easy to get to from the airport, would recommend a Berlin travel card or the city pass. It’s a three minute walk to the train/metro and trams stop outside also. Stayed in corner suite. Was great size and had everything you’d need. 😞 - Only had coffee pods for the coffee machine on check in day. (Stayed for two nights) The noise of the wind from the stairwell opp was loud and constant.

Exceptional 😀 - Say no more, it's a perfect hotel and the location is fantastic. Already looking for my next visit Room was comfortable up in the nosebleeds. There's a little bottle store in the reception if you want a quick beer or snack 😞 - When i can think of one I'll let you know

Fabulous visit Lovely hotel, our room was basic but comfortable. Lovely continental breakfast but also had hot selection too. Ideally located across the road from the transtation. Berlin was fabulous.The hop on hop off bus was just outside the back of the hotel which was a godsend as we got to see almost everything, we got a 2 day pass. I would definitely stay at the hotel again and will revisit in summer months to take advantage of the beautiful parks and gardens.
